All the employees I encountered were professional, courteous and eager to help. I dealt with salesman Jimmy Yilmaz. He had a great sense of humor which I think made the usual nightmare of purchasing a vehicle a little bit better. Jimmy appeared to be up front and honest working with me to stay within my budget. They paid me a fair price for my trade in. Chris Champagne in finance sat patiently explaining the piles of paperwork that comes with purchasing a new vehicle. I would do business with Scranton again. I searched for a replacement used pickup truck using the internet. I found something that I liked and decided to make the 45 mile trip to the dealersh I searched for a replacement used pickup truck using the internet. I found something that I liked and decided to make the 45 mile trip to the dealership to look at the truck. It looked better than what was online. I bought it on the spot. I met Paulie DiPietro and immediately took a liking to him and his coworkers. The next day, I was an owner of another pickup truck and was very pleased that day and a little over a week later very pleased with my purchase. Paulie was outstanding. We visited this dealership & was assisted by David Bueza, we test drove & fell inlove with a 2017 Acadia Limited but then changed our minds. After cancelling our downpayment we were shocked to still receive an email from Dave thanking us for coming in & to let him know if he could assist us in the future. We were blown away as typical car salesman are never that polite when a sale has not been closed. Back we went to the Dealership & are super-excited to be the new.owners of our 2017 Acadia Limited edition.
