My experience dealing with Scranton Motors staff was nothing but a pleasure, especially my salesman, Paulie DiPietro. Since my initial purchase (I love my new 1500 Sierra) I have been back to have some accessories added and the service department is as much a class act as the sales department, and finance. Obviously, the ownership of this dealership fosters a great environment and leads by example, training their staff to go above and beyond with their customers.
