Scranton motors Good morning to everyone. I just purchased a 2017 GMC Denali Yukon XL. I had been looking for little while at other dealerships, including Belise of Good morning to everyone. I just purchased a 2017 GMC Denali Yukon XL. I had been looking for little while at other dealerships, including Belise of Springfield, which is the town where I work. So I googled Scranton motors and read a review about o e of their salesmen, Paulie. I called him, met him and my experience with him was outstanding. He takes care his costumers, (not like the salesman at Balise). He went out of his way to make my purchase experience flawless. Great salesman! My job is also in sales and I appreciated his commitment to making me happy because I do the same with my costumers. By the way, if you like coffee, Italian espresso, he has his own machine by his desk. I liked the small dealership attention, but for inventory they have a great selection. Go see Paulie! And now about Balise, I have purchased five business vehicles in the past two years from Balise, and expected, let's say, a little more attention being a repeat customer. The last email I sent to the salesman never received a response, They will never see me again. Scranton motors has a great selection and they will be my new dealership. When I went to get some paperwork done at 7:00 pm at Scranton motors, I got a chance to meet the owner, Mr. Tom Scranton, you don't see the owners in too many dealerships, that really says a lot about Scranton Motors! Thank you Paulie and Scranton Motors, I love my new SUV. More

Awful Experience, can not recommend to Anyone It's sad when you drive out of state to purchase a car and it's not ready, even called on the way there. The car was not cleaned and the brakes neede It's sad when you drive out of state to purchase a car and it's not ready, even called on the way there. The car was not cleaned and the brakes needed work, and it was discovered on a test drive. Then, we discovered that the rear brakes were not being fixed. When we went to take the vehicle for a second test drive, we discovered the locking lugs were not replaced. Pretty sad that it took 7 hours to purchase a car. Way to long, and you learn a lot about a dealership sitting there talking to people in the service area. There were more miles on the car then the paper work stated and the pictures that were online (over 400) and the vehicle wasn't cleaned, it was like someone was driving it up until that morning. They were all about getting me to sign the paperwork before I saw the vehicle. I will say the only nice experience that we did have there was with Ashley during the purchase. She was very nice and very efficient. She knew we were there for a long time and didn't take long at all and explain everything and made sure that everything was done correctly. After I purchased my vehicle I was able to find more ratings for them and there were others with complaints as well. Hopefully this review will not be erased. More

Warm reception, patience, and overall excellence. I have once had to call the police on a dealership; they would not give me my keys back after they “appraised” my trade-in. I wasn’t bluffing, I told dispatch that my car was stolen. From this experience, among others, I hate dealerships. However, the only way I was going to be able to try the new Buick Regal TourX was by going to one... ...Scranton Motors was, by far, the best dealership experience I’ve ever encountered. Upon arrival, I was immediately welcomed, offered coffee, and assisted by Sage who patiently answered every question I had. We then went on a relaxed test drive where, unless asked a question, Sage remained quiet to let me enjoy the car. For the first time, a salesman let the quality product speak for itself. More

The lane change alerts, cross traffic alerts and rear vision camera were game changers for me. Paulie was simply amazing ! I had been speaking with a girl on the phone prior to coming to Scrantons. I told her several times that I was not buying and that my just starting my I had been speaking with a girl on the phone prior to coming to Scrantons. I told her several times that I was not buying and that my just starting my search. Well that changed the moment we met PAULIE! The first thing I told Paulie was that I was just looking and was not buying today ! Paulie looked at me a serious as could be and said “Oh thank god sir cuz I’m not selling today but if you would like let’s test drive the the truck to Dunkin’ Donuts to get a coffee” he wanted a coffee lol. I don’t think I ever laughed so much on a test ride in my life ! I didn’t buy a truck Saturday. I bought Paulie . No one on this earth could of sold me a truck that day than Paulie. This guy is a pro ! I couldn’t be happier with my experience.and feel that I not only have a salesmen that I will use forever but I have a friend in Paulie! Great job ! More
