Highly Recommended I was looking for a very particular CT6 Platinum and found it here at Scranton Motors in CT. I drove from RI and they had the car cleaned and ready fo I was looking for a very particular CT6 Platinum and found it here at Scranton Motors in CT. I drove from RI and they had the car cleaned and ready for me upon arrival. Salesman David was ready also, he was very friendly and helpful, and never pressured me. Outstanding customer Service I recently had to service my SRX prior to a trip to VT. I got an appointment and loaner car immediately, thanks to Amanda Soucie, for a few days and I recently had to service my SRX prior to a trip to VT. I got an appointment and loaner car immediately, thanks to Amanda Soucie, for a few days and when my car would not be ready in time for my trip, Matthew got a rental SUV from Enterprise for me. The entire experience went perfectly and when I returned from VT I was able to pick up my car and return the rental at the dealership. I cannot say enough good things about this experience! Keep up the great customer service Matthew and Amanda, I certainly appreciate you! More

Minimal Hassle Everyone at this dealership was very nice and accommodating. The sales rep could have been more knowledgeable, and listened better to my specific situ Everyone at this dealership was very nice and accommodating. I also felt that communication with the finance department was lacking as I tried several times to get questions answered before the day of closing and no one got back to me.
