Did the right thing I own a 2013 Buick Encore with 34,000 miles. Both side mirrors had oxidation and paint chipping. I bought it at Balise in West Springfield brand new I own a 2013 Buick Encore with 34,000 miles. Both side mirrors had oxidation and paint chipping. I bought it at Balise in West Springfield brand new. Had Scranton motors take a look at it and they informed me I was just out of the bumper to bumper warranty. They took pics and filed a complaint on my behalf to GMC. Within 1 day I was contacted by GMC that both mirrors would be painted for free. Both GMC and Scranton did the right thing and I’m very grateful to both that they did. I loved my Buick when I got it and now thanks to GMC and Scranton I would consider getting another one! More

The van we wanted at a great price We found this dealership thru CarGurus. Wanted particular features in a Chevy or GMC van and Scranton motors had it. And at a fantastic price for a brand new leftover, beautiful van. The staff was great. Every single person we were in contact with greeted us and made sure we were comfortable. Our salesman was Sage - he and Sales Manager Tyler were great to work with. They explained everything and worked arduously with us to hammer out the best deal. Chris in Finance helped us select the warrantee items that WE wanted, and didn’t force us to buy a package deal that was more than we needed The dealership is CLEAN! Very customer friendly with a comfortable waiting area and all kinds of amenities. Spotless restrooms We drove well over an hour to get to this dealership.
