They always go above and beyond to give you the best deal possible. I just bought a 2018 Colorado (Certified), and it was actually fun. We always enjoy talking to both James Mangene, and Tyler Durdan. We will never go anywhere, but to Scranton Motors of Vernon. As I said previously the Entire team is exceptional. We dropped off the truck for a remote starter to be installed. They gave us the red carpet treatment. They gave us a very nice Sierra as a loaner vehicle, while the starter was being installed in my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and go to Scranton motors of Vernon. For years I have worked on my own vehicle, because I enjoyed it, and I never really wanted to go to a Car Dealer for service. I was diagnosed with Cone Dystrophy, which means I will eventually lose my central vision. So it makes working on my vehicle a difficult task. I have dealt with Scranton for more than 5 years. I totally trust them, and Highly recommend them to anyone who needs Service, or are in the market for a Good deal, and a Fun car buying experience. More

Amazing from my 1st phone call to me signing off Sam was amazing she called me to keep me updated and went above and beyond to help me with my concerns with manufacturer! I watched Sam help the woman before me and Sam was so professional and knowledgeable explaining everything to her I couldn’t wait for my turn. Sam is defiantly a friendly pleasant smart young lady! You are very lucky to have her. This was my 1st time using Scranton Motors and will not be my last! Worst car buying experience I've ever had By far, this was the worst car buying experience I've ever come across. I highly regret purchasing my vehicle from Scranton Motors. I was willing By far, this was the worst car buying experience I've ever come across. I highly regret purchasing my vehicle from Scranton Motors. I was willing to pay their full asking price. When talking with the Sales guy and Finance lady, they kept telling me that the $185 VIN etching is REQUIRED and the ridiculous $599.99 dealer fee was NON-NEGOTIABLE. They were not willing to budge on any price, what-so-ever. But on the document to be signed, it says VIN etching is OPTIONAL, and the dealer fee is NEGOTIABLE. I felt lied to. The finance lady told me I need to "let the debt settle" for 4 months before paying it off. And then told me 6.5% was the best APR they could get me. These were both lies. I ended up refinancing the next month at 2.75% with a different bank, because I have an 800 credit score. When I came to pick up the vehicle the next day after getting all the paperwork done, they wanted me to pay $20 to put a temporary plate on the vehicle. The vehicle was also dirty. Not fully vacuumed. Not to mention, I then discovered a huge dent in the side of the vehicle, about the size of a soccer ball. They wanted me to give them $400 to fix it. After spending hours arguing, they finally "Tried" to fix it for free, but only took 10% of the dent out. After a few weeks of driving the vehicle, it had engine misfires. I took it back to get it fixed, but the same problem occurred. So I took it back again, and they said they weren't able to reproduce it. After driving it home, the engine would misfire. I ended up selling the vehicle, and lost a bunch of money. I should have seen all the RED FLAGS. I will NEVER deal with Scranton Motors again. I am extremely unhappy with this dealership. They need to treat their customers better or they WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS. More
