This is unacceptable in my eyes. They said they gave me a discounted diagnostic but i think i was over charged to start with. Dealer couldn't help me either, they sold me this car originally but would not help me affordably get into another car after telling me my motor was blown. My macanic was able to fix it. xxx More
Heads above my local mechanic I took my car into the local mechanic having been burned by a dealership on a known issue on my 14 year old vehicle. Local mechanic had my vehicle for a full 3 weeks and could not solve the problem. My Dad suggested Scranton and with some hesitation I took my vehicle there. They diagnosed on the spot, gave an estimate right away. I had my car back in good working order in no time! I held back one star because of what was likely a misunderstanding. I had also hoped for a look see at the rear passenger door and that didn't happen. Likely a communication issue. No big deal. More

Many repairs to pick up truck: Dash board sensor repair made Check engine sensor indicated vacuum sensor was bad. Scranton got that fixed so I could get my truck to pass emissions Had many other major repairs done, radiator, gas tank system replaced, and given a multitude of many things that needed to be fixed but at this point I have put in thousands of dollars beyond its worth to keep it going. Would buy new but the price for new trucks is outrageously unaffordable even for a person making over $100,000 a year. The taxes in Connecticut is atrocious and it is absolutely a disgrace to pay an excise tax on these vehicles . Not Scranton’s fault but something needs to give here so we can buy your great trucks! More

Vehicle purchase Only disappoint was sales persons failed to point out vehicle was a 4cyl and I did not realize it until I noticed the excessive engine noise days late Only disappoint was sales persons failed to point out vehicle was a 4cyl and I did not realize it until I noticed the excessive engine noise days later. I was too preoccupied with how easy a fat guy would fit into the vehicle and forgot to ASK if it was a 6cyl. I should have realized it after driving the loaner vehicle which was the next model up Arcadia. I just hope the wining noise will be become less noticeable as time goes on. On the positive side I have a vehicle that I can get in and out easily and my wife is happy. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with Scranton Motors. More

They are professional, honest. If they find other things that need attention while servicing your vechile they will let you know.They dont pressure you to fix or change it but make you aware and show you. They tell you approximately how long it will take and costs, no hidden fees. I used to go to small shops to have my vehicle serviced but since I purchased my vehicle here, I decided to try their service. Glad I did, I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here from now on. Keep up the good work!! More
