Service stabilitrak and traction control light on I had my service stabilitrak and traction control light come on. It gave me the DTC codes of CO710 and CO0455. I asked the service advisor Rich if thi I had my service stabilitrak and traction control light come on. It gave me the DTC codes of CO710 and CO0455. I asked the service advisor Rich if this service was covered as either a warranty or a service bulletin and was told it possibly was. Then I received a phone call stating it was not covered. I provided the service advisor Rich with the service bulletin #'s directly from the GM website. The service bulletin # is PI0639A. Rich also checked his computer system and also pulled up the same service bulletin #. He said he believes this was going to be warranted by GM and he would get back to me. Then he called the next day and said it wasn't covered and it would cost me about $500 which I questioned over again and eventually paid when I picked up my truck. The actual service bulletin states the same exact issue that I had. They replaced my steering wheel position sensor GM # 20910871 but charged me for this. I believe this should have been covered by GM and not by me. There is proof of a service bulletin with this same exact issue that is specific to my vehicle which is a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado. Please feel free to email me if there is anything else I can provide to you. I would really like to be reimbursed the monies paid for this service that I believe was supposed to be covered under a GM warranty. Thank you, More

This is unacceptable in my eyes. They said they gave me a discounted diagnostic but i think i was over charged to start with. Dealer couldn't help me either, they sold me this car originally but would not help me affordably get into another car after telling me my motor was blown. My macanic was able to fix it. xxx More

Local mechanic had my vehicle for a full 3 weeks and could not solve the problem. My Dad suggested Scranton and with some hesitation I took my vehicle there. They diagnosed on the spot, gave an estimate right away. I had my car back in good working order in no time! I held back one star because of what was likely a misunderstanding. I had also hoped for a look see at the rear passenger door and that didn't happen. Likely a communication issue. No big deal. More

Many repairs to pick up truck: Dash board sensor repair made Check engine sensor indicated vacuum sensor was bad. Scranton got that fixed so I could get my truck to pass emissions Had many other major repairs done, radiator, gas tank system replaced, and given a multitude of many things that needed to be fixed but at this point I have put in thousands of dollars beyond its worth to keep it going. Would buy new but the price for new trucks is outrageously unaffordable even for a person making over $100,000 a year. The taxes in Connecticut is atrocious and it is absolutely a disgrace to pay an excise tax on these vehicles . Not Scranton’s fault but something needs to give here so we can buy your great trucks! More
