No Replacement Car Key I came to service to check the battery of my present car key and obtain a second. There seemed to be some confusion concerning the programming which w I came to service to check the battery of my present car key and obtain a second. There seemed to be some confusion concerning the programming which was not solved. We returned the new purchased key to the parts department and left. I do not know if the battery of the first key was tested and / or replaced. We will try again when we come in for an oil change or other service. Please understand the service and parts staff were 100%. There is no negative comment --- ZERO. on staff who are always exceptional. My wife is looking for a Christmas present to deliver in the next few days (as done each year for many). The reprogramming of the key failed. The staff did not. One final note: We have been doing business with Scranton for 30 plus years because of the service department staff --- Scranton serviced my wife's Chrysler for years! ---- only applause for your service staff! Great Service I brought my car in to service to have 3 injectors replaced. It’s under warranty and SCRANTON arranged a loaner vehicle so I could continue my day-to- I brought my car in to service to have 3 injectors replaced. It’s under warranty and SCRANTON arranged a loaner vehicle so I could continue my day-to-day while they repaired my vehicle. I dropped it off on Saturday and by Tuesday it was ready for pick up, washed, and vacuumed. It runs beautifully. More

Poor dealings Salesperson was wonder and very helpful. We were working with a budget on a used vehicle and I was told they met my budget, only to find out after goi Salesperson was wonder and very helpful. We were working with a budget on a used vehicle and I was told they met my budget, only to find out after going there that they were $15 higher per month...not a big deal, but felt sort of deceiving. Asked if there was anything they could do to sweeten the deal and response was, we discounted vehicle and have no room. Make the deal, go to pick up the vehicle and find a cracked airdamn and a missing hubcap.....one again told we discounted the vehicle and can do nothing. The discount they were talking about is only $500 less than what I had seen online earlier...price went up online. Basically it took away the fun of buying a new vehicle. My thoughts are if this is the way they treat a new Customer, I can't trust how they might be with after service. I understand to stay in business you have to make a profit, but there should be a better way to treat your clients. It felt very much like after they made a sale they didn't care. More

2017 Acadia - Great Experience Bob was excellent!!! Took the time to ensure my wife and I felt comfortable with our car buying experience.
