Poor Customer Service. I did not have a good experience. I brought my truck in for recall service and to check the transmission. Service department had it all day and called I did not have a good experience. I brought my truck in for recall service and to check the transmission. Service department had it all day and called at the end of the day that it was ready for lock up. When I asked about the transmission issue they said they couldn’t find anything wrong. No Ine called earlier in the day to tell me this and talk to me about the specific problem. Instead I would have to schedule another time to bring it in and test drive with a technician. I asked that someone call me the next week and even asked that it be escalated to the manger but no one ever called to follow up. Very very poor customer service. More

Horrible service damaged my car I went there because my head lights stopped working. I waited over two hours even though I was there early. When the advisor Cody got back to me he sa I went there because my head lights stopped working. I waited over two hours even though I was there early. When the advisor Cody got back to me he said I needed two bulps and a connector. The service was done and I was on my way to work when my battery light came on after I drove off but I had to go to work. Once I got off work my car started to die and the alternator went. When I called back Cody said it wasn’t their fault even though they left the key in the ignition of the car the whole time I was waiting for them to finish up.when I called back to get a price for the part they charged me double for the part itself. I will never go back here and hope no one else goes through the same experience. More
Awesome No place that I know of you can have 8 quart oil change and take a vehicle washed for $50. It takes a while but jiffy lube never did Grease by truck. Overall a good experience. I think Jason needs a little more training in dealing with customers. He said the "remaining oil life" indicates amount of oil remaining in crank case I think Jason needs a little more training in dealing with customers. He said the "remaining oil life" indicates amount of oil remaining in crank case. I have read several articles saying the onboarding computer also measures such things as is viscosity, and is a way to gauge oil life remaining no matter how long between oil changes. He might try this with a female customer but not with someone who has worked in dealerships. Check with Paul in parts, wrap go way back! Other than that it was a very good visit. More
I basically got screwed over I went to have car 2007 chevey cobalt repaired for steering getting stiff they diagnosed it said it was steer motor I got it replaced somewhere else s I went to have car 2007 chevey cobalt repaired for steering getting stiff they diagnosed it said it was steer motor I got it replaced somewhere else simple job 2 bolts 2 wires still didnt resolve problem I told them they misdiagnosed it they said they had to look further into it .they had car overnight I got it back end of the night saying they think it was comming from front end ???? So I gues it took them the whole day to check and they couldn't figure it out now they want more $$$$$ to spend more time guessing and they had the master technician look at it. I brang it to another garage they figured it out in 1/ 2 hr so now I will contact DMV More
