I told him my truck was in reduced power mode, and check engine light was on. He immediately wrote up a work order, and said he would get back to me as soon as possible. Two hours later he said it would be ready at the end of the day. That's what I call great service. More
Great customer service I came in with a car that I had bought in another dealer. Josh who was the person who took my info was very helpful he went above and beyond in order I came in with a car that I had bought in another dealer. He was very thorough and stayed in communication with me twice a day just so that I would know what was going on. I would definitely bring my car back there and have them do my service from now on. Need more follow up I took the vehicle in for service several times now since I own it in the last year. It’s a new 2017 GMC DenaliHD with 8200 miles. The only outstand I took the vehicle in for service several times now since I own it in the last year. It’s a new 2017 GMC DenaliHD with 8200 miles.
