Yes... I was able to have the starter replaced and the license plates put on... I’m confused though how you could possibly forget the impound reimbursement. I’ve reached out to you personally as well as bill wondering how and when I would be compensated ... to no avail.

The reimbursement was not forgotten. Per our VP of Sales, there is a check request process which was executed and a check was issued and signed this afternoon. I hope this answers your concern.

Having Had the car impounded due to stolen plates put on by your dealership is unacceptable. Having to wait this long.... more than a week and counting is deplorable. It’s my sons birthday. I suppose I’ll just tell him you said the check was in the mail. Thanks
