After the sale, we ran into trouble, stemming from state-to-state sales, which prevented me from driving the car away right when the papers were signed; however, they worked with my insurance agency, and Lauren even delivered the car to my home, personally. I told him my truck was in reduced power mode, and check engine light was on. He immediately wrote up a work order, and said he would get back to me as soon as possible.
