Disappointed Brought my truck there which is 2500 HD Denali to have def reservoir replaced because light was on and also valve stem on rear tire. Everything seem to be fine until I got home and noticed center cap on rear tire was missing, owned truck 4 1/2 years, never had this problem. Called service department to let them know so they could replace it, because anyone that knows these trucks, knows if put on properly they dont come off and have never heard anything back. So I will not be purchasing anymore new vehicles there and will not service any of my vehicles there again. More

Hmmmm....customer service? Fail. This customer service experience was more of a service debate or combat by 2 reps (check my service order for their names - Malaysia & female). When p This customer service experience was more of a service debate or combat by 2 reps (check my service order for their names - Malaysia & female). When purchasing my Yukon I also purchased the clearcoat protection plan which the service rep continued to question me as to why I needed to use it. I explained that not only was it an expensive add on to my purchase but that the vehicle had areas of concern that warranted using it. The rep went on to say that pictures needed to be taken and that upon review they would let me know the decision which could take 48 hours up to a week. Note to self and others: sales and service don't go well together at this dealership. Sales makes money on the add ons while service is hesitant to honor them. My expectations are for this matter to be resolved expeditiously. More
