Forever Warranty work. Mike at the sign in desk was my guy, and he was an awesome GM representative. Scranton is a top dealer in our area. My Father in law buys his Buicks & Mike at the sign in desk was my guy, and he was an awesome GM representative. Scranton is a top dealer in our area. My Father in law buys his Buicks & Cadillac's there, and I've had a couple recalls taken care of for my Chevy. Purchased GM parts at the parts counter too. All the employees I've been in contact with are true pro's. The waiting room is spacious, cozy and stocked with coffee. Restrooms and entire dealership is very clean and polished. They have a Chevy franchise down state, so I'm sure I could order my next Chevy through this Vernon dealership, which would be part of the reason for sticking with GM. More
Had to bring back the car twice to fix a simple issue My wife's Encore had a security light on dash. Per service department,we replaced the battery in the key knob. When that didn't fix the issue,plus car My wife's Encore had a security light on dash. Per service department,we replaced the battery in the key knob. When that didn't fix the issue,plus car would not start now,we brought it into the dealer. I told them it had a bad battery and security issue. They updated the software,but didn't replace the battery. So my wife had to be jump started twice!! Third time at the dealer was the charm. I am very disappointed we had to go there 3 times. More

They were helpful the entire time and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. I had one specific car in mind and they did everything to make sure I drove off the lot with it. Service department needs more improvement. Need to inform your service consultants to think before they speak. Was in for replacement part that had to be ordered. Made appointment with Mike Gri Need to inform your service consultants to think before they speak. Was in for replacement part that had to be ordered. Made appointment with Mike Griffin. He was tied up upon my arrival so either Josh or Jason came out to write up the order. He looked through the wheel of the front tire and told me that the brake pads looked very worn. I told him the truck was in the previous week for a complete 18000 mile service and the tech reported everything was ok. The previous appointment was with Mike Griffin. Does this mean the tech did a poor job or someone looking something that was unnecessary at the time? Brake pads can be worn but still be within the min parameters. Which ever this doesn't look well for your dealership or my confidence with it. Still seems to be some sort of issue everytime I'm there for service. More

The value we received was unmatched verses the other dealerships we shopped at. Our salesman James showed us the car, he did not come across as trying to sell us the car. We have walked out of dealerships that try and hard sell. We live around an hour away from the dealership and want to come back to have our car serviced there.
