Dealership was unable to repair my vehicle. There are no phone service bulletins and a class action lawsuit against GM for my vehicle and transmission problems. The dealership allegedly could not identify the problem although for the last 40,000 miles the transmission issue was existed and given the fact there’s a class action lawsuit I do not believe that the dealership is being honest and truthful with me. My sunroof would not close completely and given the deluge of rain we have been experiencing, that was a serious problem. I called for an appointment and was given one for the next day. I brought my car in, which was the Friday before a national holiday, and had it back in completely repaired the next day. You cannot beat that for service! Completely impressed and ever grateful!
