9/27/19 - To say "we have reached out to you very recently" is not truthful. My records indicate that I took delivery of this vehicle (2019 GMC 2500HD Denali) on 10/26/2018. This issue was brought to the attention of Scranton Motors 4 business days later on 11/1/2018. Over the course of the last 11 months I have received responses from Dave Baeza that include: on 4/10/2019 "I passed again to management", on 6/1/2019 "There's nothing I can do myself... I been trying my self abs nobody it's been able to get me answers... the management that was here at the time are long gone", on 8/30/19 "Sir. I have nothing nobody is getting me any answers. I don't know how else can I help", also on 8/30/19 "I forwarded all your text to the Vice President..." It has been approximately 1 month since the last empty answer correspondence from Dave Baeza. There has been no contact initiated by Scranton Motors to resolve this matter in the last 8-9 months. If it were not for this review that is being posted I am completely confident that David Beaza and Scranton Motors management would continue to completely ignore me and this matter in hopes that I would just go away. There is long documentation of horrible customer service relating to the false advertising, not delivering what was clearly outlined as vehicle options and completely ignoring the related concerns. Very unprofessional and this latest disingenuous response from the dealer further reinforces my recommendation to do business with a different dealer. Update: Today is 11/5/19 and still no response to my inquiries or any resolution to the matter. The dealers statement of "We have reached out to you very recently (and are doing so again), to provide you with the opportunity to discuss this with Fred Nassiff with the goal of resolving this matter." is yet another false promise. Again, I would highly recommend going to a different dealer. Update: Today is 1/17/2020 and still no response to my inquiries or any resolution to the matter. The dealers statement of "We have reached out to you very recently (and are doing so again), to provide you with the opportunity to discuss this with Fred Nassiff with the goal of resolving this matter." was a lie and obviously an empty promise attempting to mitigate the comment posted. It has been about 14 months and it is obvious that they have no intention of addressing the complaint or following up on their original promises. I will never do business with this dealership again and I would highly recommend going to a different dealer and/or manufacturer.
