Vehicle Purchase Bill ( last name unknown to me ) from sales went out of his way to accommodate me and assist me with test driving a pair of Savanna 2500 cargo vans. T Bill ( last name unknown to me ) from sales went out of his way to accommodate me and assist me with test driving a pair of Savanna 2500 cargo vans. Thankyou Bill. I had one request when purchasing this new van. I had asked to have new plates and the vehicle registered into my name. Upon picking up the vehicle, I was told that the liberty was taken to just swap the plates and transfer the registration, after being told, nothing was ever a problem. Nothing’s worse than being told one thing only to have it not be followed through with. To the truck mgr, if you are stressed from issues operating a computer, at least shut your door before getting upset and cursing at it. lol More

This is my 3rd purchase from Scranton and this one was not the best due to waiting on car pickup, lacks of information on financing for insurance prior to pick up and very poor car outside detailing. Warranty work Been having an issue with my 2017 Acadia. When placing the vehicle in park and turning the engine off, I get a message string to shift into park. I was within 200 miles of my warranty expiring and the dealership got me in ASAP so this would be covered under my warranty. Due to GM being on strike, no parts are available and I was assured that even if I went over my mileage, my warranty would be honored. A work order was opened and my warranty will honored. just waiting on parts! More
