Highly disappointed Had Buick Eclave in 1 year ago to replace steering parts under recall. Last week the steering wheel locked up while driving twice. Had to wait a week to get appointment and scared to drive vehicle. 24 hours after ascheduled appointment I’m Advice they can’t reproduce problem, nothing they can do. $150 and not even a complimentary car wash. Took to another mechanic who said this is under warranty & explained they sent me away with no guidance on what to do. Highly disappointed & still don’t have a car I can trust to drive! Never trust this service department. More

Dave was very knowledgeable in answe I purchased a 2016 Buick Encore from Scranton Motors. I had seen the car online and called to inquire about it. Dave was very knowledgeable in answering my questions and even took extra photos of the car and sent them to me. He had the car detailed and a scratch buffed out before I even came out to see the car. I was very impressed with the service I received from Dave and would highly recommend him and Scranton Motors. Vehicle test ride. I went to take a test ride in a vehicle that I was very much interested in buying. The staff was very accommodating. I was pressed for time so I didn' I went to take a test ride in a vehicle that I was very much interested in buying. The staff was very accommodating. I was pressed for time so I didn't get a chance to take the vehicle on there highway. It was a good thing thou, as the low fuel light was illuminated. I ended up buying the vehicle the following week. When I when to pick up the vehicle, it ran out of gas before I could even leave the dealership. I was given a loaner for that evening and the following day, as it was the day before thanksgiving. But for future reference, make sure test ride vehicle are gassed up. More
