Complementary wash and vacuum was a pleasant surprise. Amanda took the time to show me the waiting room having never been to Scranton before. She also set the honest expectation that my wait would be an extra 15 minutes for the wash, which I was happy to oblige. Have been to.two other GMC dealerships before and Scranton does it right. Willing to drive the extra time from Mass to service there again. More
