Mr. Camerota, As we mentioned in our response to the review you left on Google, although we were unable to diagnose an issue with your vehicle, we wanted very much to make sure you were satisfied. The reason the replacement vehicle we suggested was an additional charge was because while it was the same make and model, it was a year newer, and had additional equipment that wasn’t in the original vehicle. Again, we are very sorry that we were not able to come to a solution that was satisfactory to you. And as we mentioned before, if there is anything additional you would like to discuss, please reach out.
