Worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership. The vehicle itself is good, the service not so much. They did not send my information to my insurance company as they were supposed to and I realized thi vehicle itself is good, the service not so much. They did not send my information to my insurance company as they were supposed to and I realized this 12 days after I had purchased the vehicle because I checked my insurance to see what my new coverage would be. When I called the dealership they lied to me and told me they had sent my information in and my insurance company didn't respond. After calling my insurance company myself I was informed there was never any information sent to them so I had been driving around an uninsured unregistered vehicle for 12 days. When I called the dealership back and gave them the correct fax number for my insurance company it still took them 3 more days to register my vehicle. The service dept was great especially Jeff who worked hard to contain costs on an expensive repair on a 2015 Camaro that one would not expect on a car with only 33000 miles.
