All employees are friendly and courteous. My first oil change was on them I was greeted and car serviced quickly and washed and vacuumed for me. I asked questions that were answered. Excellent experience with Sierra and Liz, I would highly recommend asking for them when stopping by Scranton in Vernon. We were disappointed in the lack of professionalism from finance as even though we declined extra coverage, he continually kept asking us why we weren’t taking it. There is a line between doing your job and trying to make money, and respecting the customers’ decision and it was crossed. We shouldn’t have to say no 5 times and then get belittled for the choice we make because it’s not in his best interest.
