I tried the Highlander, Pilot and Palisade before walking into this dealership. I was greeted outside with a smile, immediately shown the car I was interested in and was treated very courteously throughout into this dealership. We felt zero pressure walking into this dealership. There was no trying to upsell us in a vechicle we didn't want or need.
