Buying experience was great, everything after that terrible. I have had nothing but bad experiences with my vehicle and taking it there to their service department since buying my Jeep renegade brand new last ye I have had nothing but bad experiences with my vehicle and taking it there to their service department since buying my Jeep renegade brand new last year. The second time I brought it for an oil change the person who took my car in or brought it out hit something and didn't tell me or anyone. I noticed the damage when I went out to leave. They did have their body shop fix it. The third oil change I took it for they informed me I needed tires. When I asked why I would need tires when there are not even 15,000 miles on them the girl explained that the don't put good tires on the vehicles because they want the test rides to be smooth and if they put better tires on them it would not be such a good ride. Fast forward to today when I go to have my tires replaces and the tire place 1. Cannot believe Jeep would sell a new vehicle with such low quality tires and 2. The person at the service center who rotated my tires put the lug bits on and stripped them, so now at this point they are aging trouble getting the lug nuts off and advised that they should have changed those the last time I was there. I will not recommend this dealership and definitely not 5he service center to anyone or recommend Jeep itself. More

By the third day of owning the Jeep, the top was leaking and water was getting inside of the vehicle. I immediately called the dealership. With 6 days of phone calls and voicemails being left, nobody would return my calls. I finally spoke to somebody regarding the issue only because I demanded to speak to somebody. Nothing is being done to address this issue still 9 days later. A message was left for the owner Dave Pompey, and he never responded either. As an owner of a dealership not to address this, just goes to show he doesn't care about his customers. This was terrible service and never once did they ever try to make me, as a customer, happy. I am beside myself over this. I will never deal with this dealership again or recommend it to anyone. More

Friendliest, Most courteous staff EVER! My husband and I were at Motorworld to purchase a new Jeep in July 2015. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...we were treated horribly. That same day, we went to Scranton Dodge everyone there was so friendly. We had our 3 year old son with us and they went out of their way to get him coloring pages and balloons. Frank in sales helped us and not long after we drove a brand new beautiful Jeep Wrangler off their lot. Since then, we've taken our Jeep there for service and we've never had a problem. I was there today for an oil change and everyone was courteous, friendly and I didn't wait long. Gene took the time to talk to my son and gave him coloring books,stickers etc. They know how to treat their customers! THANK YOU, Ray, Frank, Gene, Amy and the rest of the staff at Scranton Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Keep up the great work. More

They make sure you are treated as a human should be treated...which brings me to service.....COLD, STALE, IGNORANT, RUDE!!!! They don't call you back, and when they eventually do, you WISH they hadn't, your treated like a peon!!! Had a problem with my car, took them 2 weeks for them to figure it out, they sent it home twice saying they fixed it.... ..NOT!!!!! I spoke with Eugene and Ray who took the time to make sure we were satisfied, and the car was fixed.....FINALLY!!!! If it werent for Eugene and Ray, we would NEVER be visiting Scranton Dodge, again!!!!! More
Terrible service I want to start by saying we just bought our Dodge Journey and the salesman was great. However the car went back in a week later to have some things fixed and when we got the car back not all of the promised items were fixed for instance they promised to fix the bumper. I have it in writing. They had the car for a week and it did not get fixed. While they had my car they were also doing the inside stain guard for the warranty we purchased and my car came back to me with my personal belongings all gone. Including my work badge which I will have to pay to replace. We have called several times about this and are getting told that nobody knows what happened and they will call us back. No one is calling us back. I'm so disgusted with the way they handle things. I would not recommend this dealership. More

The service department is super. I do all my basic maintainence and repair work with them.... Tony is my "Go-To" jeep guy and Bill is a pleasure to hitch a ride with to work! Damaged my vehicle while in for Service Had my 2013 Dodge Dart in for service and the service department dented my rocker panel. The entire service department denies any wrong doing. Perfect! I brought my Ram 1500 in for service because it was making a ticking noise. My appointment was for Tuesday, but I dropped it off at 2:00 on Monday. I brought my Ram 1500 in for service because it was making a ticking noise. My appointment was for Tuesday, but I dropped it off at 2:00 on Monday. I received a call from Jesse only 45 minutes after I dropped it off stating that they had found the problem and the part had been ordered. The truck was returned to me a few days ahead of time with the problem repaired. Everyone at this dealer was very friendly and helpful, and couldn't have done anything to make this experience any better. I will certainly be bringing my truck here for service from now on. More
