Bottom line. 2stars. Would I buy another vehicle from them? No. Here's my story and you can judge if my evaluation is accurate. I bought a 2012 ram 1500 in Augus 2stars. Would I buy another vehicle from them? No. Here's my story and you can judge if my evaluation is accurate. I bought a 2012 ram 1500 in August 2021. I waited 9 months to give my review so I could evaluate the reliability of the truck and allow my emotions to cool. My salesman was Scott. Price was fair. Cash deal no trade. Took a test drive, liked it. Noticed the seatbelt light stayed on. Scott assures me it would be fixed during prep which it was. Pick the vehicle up late in the evening. Notice the check engine light is on. Scott puts a new gas cap on it. Problem appears to be fixed. Driving home notice break lights are stuck on. Dealership is now closed for the day. Call Scott next day. Apologizes and I bring the vehicle back. Scott gives me a nice loaner. They have the truck a week. Service department calls. They cant replicate the problem but they replaced the brake switch. I pick truck up late Saturday. I get home break light stuck on again. Dealship is now closed for the day. Next day Sunday check engine light comes on. Call and ask for Scott Monday morning. He is not in the building. I'm anxious and want this resolved so I ask to speak with Mike the used car manager. Mike seems annoyed that I'm bringing this to him and quickly shuttles me to the service department. I'm told to bring it back in. On the way there the dashboard lights up like a christmas tree however the truck is running fine. I get another nice loaner. A week goes by. I call both service and the switch board repeatedly Monday to see if its done. Goes right to voice mail. Wait another day nobody calls back. Call again Wednesday. Speak with a service rep. She promises to check on the vehicle. Thursday service calls back. Should be done soon. I go to pick it up they inform me that they broke a sensor during the repair and cant get the part for another day. Get another nice loaner. Come back the next day. Talk with Ian the service manager. They could not replicate the issues but they replaced the brake switch and the gas cap again and believe it's fixed. So now I've owned the car almost 4 weeks and have only had it in my possession 4 days, they are not positive its fixed, I'm thinking there is a major electrical issue with this truck, it's a lemon and my 30 day warranty is almost up. I ask for Scott. It's his day off. I ask to speak to Mike and explain the situation to him and ask him to extend the warranty another 30 days or at least the balance of time I didnt have the truck to be sure it fixed. He very rudely tells me absolutely not. I voice my displeasure and tell him how disappointed I'm am with his decision. His attitude told me basically that he has my money and what happens now is no longer his concern and refers me back to Ian. I ask the speak to the general manager but he is gone for the day. At this point I have had enough and leave intending to contact the owners. I decide not to waste my last bullets until I see if the problem is fixed. After a few nervous months I have had no further issues and it seems to be reliable. Had it reoccured after the 30 days would they have done the right thing? I dont know. Were they aware of the issues when they inspected it before sale? I dont think they intentionally tried to deceive me. Should they have done a better job ensuring there were no issues with the truck before putting it up for sale? Possibly. Were some of the customer service issues in regards to communication and length of time they had the vehicle for service related to the pandemic? Probably. Had Mike extended the warranty and given me the peace of mind that the problems were resolved all the other irritations would probably have felt more minor , I would have probably given them 4 stars instead of 2.5 and I would have considered buying from them again. That is all I have to say. More

Bought a used Chevy Trax about 2 years ago. Paid cash, no financing. Did not purchase extended warranty as it was very expensive and vehicle was fairly new with low mileage. Within a month, the air condition financing. Did not purchase extended warranty as it was very expensive and vehicle was fairly new with low mileage. Within a month, the air conditioner didn’t work. Brought it back to be serviced and after 4 days the issue was not fixed. The car is literally falling apart to the point it needs to go to an actual Chevy dealership. Scranton Dodge takes zero responsibility and after admitting they cannot fix it, will not assist with cost of same. If you’re looking for good service, look elsewhere.. I DO NOT recommend!!!! Will never go back nor will I refer…Take care of your customers. That’s how you get them to come back! More
Dealership always has enough inventory to choose from and they work with you to get the best deal for you. Chris Montagna does a great job I came to this dealership from out of state because they had a vehicle that I was having trouble finding a fair deal on where I live. Chris Montagna I came to this dealership from out of state because they had a vehicle that I was having trouble finding a fair deal on where I live. Chris Montagna was extremely helpful before I ever made the trip and I was confident that I wasn't wasting my time driving there from hours away. I would do it again without hesitation. Chris did a great job, and he handled all of paperwork necessary to get it registered in my state. I'm really happy with my new truck, thanks Chris!! More
