great experience buying a van. I am very lucky that Rich Fissler saw my inquiry online. I was looking at Carsense for a van. I gave my information to different companies and one req I am very lucky that Rich Fissler saw my inquiry online. I was looking at Carsense for a van. I gave my information to different companies and one request for information was sent to Scranton Dodge. Mr. Fissler called me within an hour after I first went online. He was very professional but nice. He was interested in what I wanted in a van. I told him that I had found something at Carsense that I probably would buy. He then asked me what I wanted and said that he would look up my favored vehicle on Carsense. While I was still talking to him, he had pulled it up and talked to me about it. He said that he would check to see what he could offer and call me back. I told him that I was waiting for a call back from Carsense. He called me back in about 15 minutes. We talked, he gave me a price and then asked about a trade-in. I said that I could come in the next day. He called me back shortly after and asked if I could come in that evening to have someone look at my trade-in. I went in within 30 minute and was I greeted by him. Immediately I felt welcomed by someone interested in what I wanted. I was happy to be working with such a great person. He made me be happy that I chose Scranton Dodge and that he choose me. He listened to my questions and answered them so that I understood. He even asked me later if I had other concerns. He took my insurance information and checked on it. It showed that I had accidents in Morrisville NC. I had never been there. He told me that he had to check everything. I said that he should, since that is his job. I gladly gave a down payment that night. I felt as nice as he was, he still knew that he had a job to do, He was super, blending caring about the customer but not forgetting the company. I went to pick up my new van the next day. He took me to meet the Service Department employee. That person took time to explain the Pompey Diamond Service package. I didn't take it, but I know that I can change my mind at my first oil change, I was told about the Express Service area etc. I liked the fact that Rich Fissler stayed with me at the Service Department. I filled out many papers but each was explained to me. Even your Credit Department was professional, explaining the options, listening to my questions but didn't do the "pressure" routine that I have experienced at other companies. I appreciated that fact. Mr..Fissler asked me again if I understood everything. Then we went out to the new van and he took time to explain everything. I had marked the list of features with what I wanted to have explained, Not only did he do this, he even had me try out different features to make sure I felt comfortable using the new features. Not much else to say, except the fact that I had the best experience. I will tell all that you are the place to buy a car and Rich Fissler is sales person to deal with for excellent care. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Kevin was to deal with. I went just to look and had my twin eight year old daughters with me. As he was showing me what was available, he understood what I was looking for and what my husband and I were willing to spend. What was so impressive was how he handled my children. He made them feel very part of the process, without showing them all of the upgrades we could get, as to keep us within our budget. When my husband and I decided on a van, we came back and Kevin took the girls and asked them to color pictures for his office so they wouldn't have to sit with us during the paperwork process. He made the girls feel very comfortable and included. Kevin was very friendly and very informative about all the packages available. Kevin went above and beyond answering all of our questions and taking the time to spend with us. Kevin is truly an asset to the organization and I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone who may be looking to purchase a car. My husband regarded this experience as his best and most pleasurable car buying experience and we will be going to Scranton Dodge and Kevin Moylan for our future car purchases. More
