poor customer service Traded a beautifull 2007 Corvette on a used 2013 Ram that had 3000 miles on it. The truck was a beautifull lemon with haunting ignition problem, that would not let you remove the key at times, or act as though the battery was dead as well. Scranton Dodge changed the ignition, and the problem still continued, to the point that the key could be removed when the truck was running. When it went into the shop for analysis, it would not act up. I was told by Matt Pompey, to return his loaner car pronto, as though I was taking advantage of hospatality, while he was still trying to fix this beast, and couldn't duplicate the problem I was having. As I walked into the dealership I was greeted by a very nice lady and she immediately told me that Richard was working with somebody else and there was another party waiting to see him too. Instead of Richard being selfish and making us wait for him, he immediately got another salesman to take care of me. I got a good deal and since this was our 2nd vehicle purchased within a month I was very happy doing business with Scranton Dodge. Jim called me the next day to see how everything was going and even gave my son who purchased a Cherokee from Tunk. Auto Mart, some info about his vehicle.
