Fantastic!!!!!! Best Everything... Seriously So long story short, I gave up hope on getting a new car. Before I visited this dealership I must have went to at-least 10 dealerships and drove over So long story short, I gave up hope on getting a new car. Before I visited this dealership I must have went to at-least 10 dealerships and drove over 600 miles total. At Each one it was a denial, gas card or either 5k down. I admit my credit isn't perfect but I have been working on it a lot! I continued looking on websites at the new 2014 dodge charger, knowing that I couldn't get one because at this point I thought I had to many inquires because of the dealerships I went to. I came across Scranton Dodge and saw the car! I just knew I had zero chance of getting one so I said what the heck, I already have inquires whats a few more. So I filled out an application and Rich called me and wanted me to come down. I didn't want to make a 44 mile trip for nothing so I kept brushing it off. Rich said he would keep me updated as far as that specific car. Eventually (3 months later) I decided to go to the store because Rich seemed determined. Another long story short, I walked out with my new 2014 dodge Charger!!! I will always remember that moment! I drove over 600 miles to other dealerships only to be offered a gas card for driving for nothing. Scranton Dodge and Rich are the best!!! only 3 k down also compared to 5-7k down! It was so funny when I was approved in less that 15 minutes with less that 105 interest! My old car still had everything in it, I just didn't believe I was going to get a new car. Surprise!!! I am going o tell all my friends and Family to go see Rich and as long as I have the car I was always bring it there! More

Jeep Replacement Inquired online about a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was for sale to replace my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee that started having engine issues. I was looking for cars and found one at other dealerships that were comparable to this one. I was questioning wether one from Scranton Dodge was the one or one from Bob Weaver in Pottsville. I'm 100% with choosing Scranton Dodge. First it was cheaper and I got a newer model than Bob Weaver offered. They were willing to work with me unlike Bob Weavers, they would not lower any price at all.100% recommend this dealership nice group of workers and wonderful cars! More

Wonderful Experience! I came to the dealership with low expectations that I would actually take home the Jeep I was looking for. I had been looking at different dealerships I came to the dealership with low expectations that I would actually take home the Jeep I was looking for. I had been looking at different dealerships here and there for a while, so I wasn't expecting anything special with this one. I spoke with Rich prior to my visit about two Jeeps I saw on the website. When I arrived at the dealership, he had everything ready to go. There was no pressure added to buying the vehicle; it was a very laid back process. Rich was very honest and knowledgable about all aspects of the vehicle, and did a great job as far as price on my trade in vehicle as well as the vehicle I purchased. He and his partner actually stayed after hours, so I could take the Jeep home that evening. Overall, my experience with Rich and Scranton Dodge was wonderful. I took home the Jeep I wanted, for the price I wanted. Rich was a great salesman & I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks again! More
