Jeep Replacement Inquired online about a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was for sale to replace my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee that started having engine issues. About 5 Inquired online about a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was for sale to replace my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee that started having engine issues. I'm 100% with choosing Scranton Dodge. First it was cheaper and I got a newer model than Bob Weaver offered. Wonderful Experience! I came to the dealership with low expectations that I would actually take home the Jeep I was looking for. I had been looking at different dealerships I came to the dealership with low expectations that I would actually take home the Jeep I was looking for. I had been looking at different dealerships here and there for a while, so I wasn't expecting anything special with this one. I spoke with Rich prior to my visit about two Jeeps I saw on the website. When I arrived at the dealership, he had everything ready to go. There was no pressure added to buying the vehicle; it was a very laid back process. Rich was very honest and knowledgable about all aspects of the vehicle, and did a great job as far as price on my trade in vehicle as well as the vehicle I purchased. He and his partner actually stayed after hours, so I could take the Jeep home that evening. Overall, my experience with Rich and Scranton Dodge was wonderful. As a woman, you are always told to bring a guy with you when shopping for a vehicle and never go alone. I felt confident in Rich's professional and down to earth demeanor to go alone to the dealership. I met with Rich and we discussed further my preferences in what I was looking for. He had the just car in mind for and we offered for a test drive. After the test drive, I knew it was exactly what I described to Rich and I felt excited to move forward with my decision.
