I told Jeremy what I was looking for and what I could afford. This young man gave me all my options with no pressure what so ever. He also explained in great detail my options of finance vs lease. Let me tell you I had so many questions and he took the time to answer them all in great detail so I could make my decision. The end result I left in a brand new Jeep with the payment I could afford. Perfect! I brought my Ram 1500 in for service because it was making a ticking noise. My appointment was for Tuesday, but I dropped it off at 2:00 on Monday. I brought my Ram 1500 in for service because it was making a ticking noise. My appointment was for Tuesday, but I dropped it off at 2:00 on Monday. I received a call from Jesse only 45 minutes after I dropped it off stating that they had found the problem and the part had been ordered. The truck was returned to me a few days ahead of time with the problem repaired. Everyone at this dealer was very friendly and helpful, and couldn't have done anything to make this experience any better. I will certainly be bringing my truck here for service from now on. More
