I believe we have finally resolved your dilemma. My staff was searching for a used radio - which is what we promised on delivery. The scarcity of used radios caused an unacceptable delay - for which I greatly apologize. As soon as I was made aware of the delays - I had our parts department order a brand new radio for your Jeep. We have installed it and hope you are finally complete. Again - I sincerely apologize for the delays. It is August 1st and radio is still not installed they called me on Monday July 20 to tell me it would be in any day and will call me back when they have it and haven't heard back yet so not sure who told you it was installed. Please check into it and see why I haven't got a call back. Thank you

Hi Jay, I am sorry you are disappointed with your experience with us. When my staff last spoke with you they believed that they had done a fair amount of goodwill by paying for your 2nd key and the window regulator. We asked you to pay for the brakes and tires since we delivered the car with 31,404 miles and they needed brakes at 62,156 - these items are wearable items and we believe your usage was well within the realm of normal wear and tear and not a defect. I don't want to get into a back & forth discussion - I was asked to give a review and I did. That being said, the fact that you "paid" for the extra key wasn't goodwill at all. I should have had an extra key upon the purchase of the vehicle don't you think ?? Every other time I have bought a car, new or used, I received 2 keys. And I guess I did not see where a "window regulator" was given to me for free - I guess I have to find the old $250 invoice that I had to pay to get the window fixed to verify. When the window broke, I just figured Chrysler would have fixed it for free since the window just stopped working with no fault of mine. And it is a Chrysler 200 by the way.........
