Great Salesman, Great Deal, Great Dealership! My husband and I drove to Scranton Dodge from our home area of Sunbury, PA. The ride takes over an hour. We had seen a vehicle on their website that we were interested in, and we wanted to check it out. Absolutely the best car shopping/buying experience ever! We had called ahead and had spoken to Frank Gouldsbury. When we arrived at the dealership, he had all of the vehicles that we had discussed on the phone lined up for us to look at. He was friendly, welcoming, and informative without being pushy. I found the vehicle that I wanted, and Frank went out of his way to get us the best possible deal that he could get for us. Before I knew it, we got a great deal, which included a fair price for our trade-in. We are going back up to Scranton Dodge this Tuesday to pick up our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland! Obviously, we had shopped around for cars in our own area. Their inventory couldn't match Scranton Dodge, and their salespeople don't come close to Frank Gouldsbury. We're sold! More

Over-priced Well, I went and traded my vehicles in on a new one. The trade prices varied. The one I got a good price. But low-balled on the other. And both were modified greatly and very clean. Then on to new vehicle. The vehicle seemed like a good deal.I came to buy that day. I did buy that day. A few weeks later(about 2), I did some research more. I found the vehicle, with more options, almost $3000 less at Motorworld in Wilkes-barre,Pa. That kind of hit a nerve to see that. But yes, I know, I should've researched more before buying. I'm just feeling a little disappointed at the moment after seeing what more I could've had in this brand new vehicle. Don't get me wrong, I like my brand new vehicle. But it could've been a better equipped vehicle at a lower price. More

Friendliest, Most courteous staff EVER! My husband and I were at Motorworld to purchase a new Jeep in July 2015. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...we were treated horribly. That same day, we went to Scranton Dodge everyone there was so friendly. We had our 3 year old son with us and they went out of their way to get him coloring pages and balloons. Frank in sales helped us and not long after we drove a brand new beautiful Jeep Wrangler off their lot. Since then, we've taken our Jeep there for service and we've never had a problem. I was there today for an oil change and everyone was courteous, friendly and I didn't wait long. Gene took the time to talk to my son and gave him coloring books,stickers etc. They know how to treat their customers! THANK YOU, Ray, Frank, Gene, Amy and the rest of the staff at Scranton Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Keep up the great work. More

They make sure you are treated as a human should be treated...which brings me to service.....COLD, STALE, IGNORANT, RUDE!!!! They don't call you back, and when they eventually do, you WISH they hadn't, your treated like a peon!!! Had a problem with my car, took them 2 weeks for them to figure it out, they sent it home twice saying they fixed it.... ..NOT!!!!! I spoke with Eugene and Ray who took the time to make sure we were satisfied, and the car was fixed.....FINALLY!!!! If it werent for Eugene and Ray, we would NEVER be visiting Scranton Dodge, again!!!!! More
Terrible service I want to start by saying we just bought our Dodge Journey and the salesman was great. However the car went back in a week later to have some things fixed and when we got the car back not all of the promised items were fixed for instance they promised to fix the bumper. I have it in writing. They had the car for a week and it did not get fixed. While they had my car they were also doing the inside stain guard for the warranty we purchased and my car came back to me with my personal belongings all gone. Including my work badge which I will have to pay to replace. We have called several times about this and are getting told that nobody knows what happened and they will call us back. No one is calling us back. I'm so disgusted with the way they handle things. I would not recommend this dealership. More
