I brought my wife with me to see Rich. Told him exactly what I wanted, what I didn't want, he searched inventory for it. Upon not locating a match, we went ahead and placed an order for my new truck that day. I had my truck within the timeframe he gave, and has turned out far better than I could have hoped for. Horrible experience I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep wrangler with a soft top. By the third day of owning the Jeep, the top was leaking and water was getting inside of th I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep wrangler with a soft top. By the third day of owning the Jeep, the top was leaking and water was getting inside of the vehicle. I immediately called the dealership. With 6 days of phone calls and voicemails being left, nobody would return my calls. I finally spoke to somebody regarding the issue only because I demanded to speak to somebody. Nothing is being done to address this issue still 9 days later. A message was left for the owner Dave Pompey, and he never responded either. As an owner of a dealership not to address this, just goes to show he doesn't care about his customers. This was terrible service and never once did they ever try to make me, as a customer, happy. I am beside myself over this. I will never deal with this dealership again or recommend it to anyone. More

When talked to manager he was rude, nasty and very loud on showroom floor you had customers staff walking around hearing you yell at a customer boy thats perfessional, I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM AGAIN....
