Pretty obvious this guy did not want to sell me a car I really am in shock over what happened to us at this dealer today. We had been in contact with them for days about being interested in a new Durango. I really am in shock over what happened to us at this dealer today. We had been in contact with them for days about being interested in a new Durango. They had done no prep work like appraisals or anything as they said they would. We had been told they would and that they would call. Of course we never got a call as promised. We showed up and waited. Then as we started the process Josh was not the most pleasant person. My husband went to use the restroom and Josh said, “You guys are killing me here. We’re runnjng out of time!” I have bought many cars and have stayed late at dealers while they finished the paperwork and have never been treated like I was bothering someone by being there. Then after sitting and waiting and starting the process, Josh leaves and comes back and says there is no one to do a tag for us so we can’t buy a car today. I thought he was kidding. Never has something this ridiculous happened when we were buying a car. I truly feel this was a lie and they just wanted to get out of there and not have to stay to do paperwork with us. Josh did not seem sorry about this at all. They knew we were from Tennessee and had to drive home today. I feel we should have been told from the get go if they couldn’t give us a tag. Since we had already started the process either they really suck at communicating or it was a lie. We never even got to see the car. Weren’t even offered a test drive. Unreal! I have never been treated so badly at a dealership. More

I have been to many dealerships in my young life ( lol), and I have never come across one this wonderful. I want to give a big big THANK YOU to Richard J Fissler Jr. for being the best at what he does. He always takes the time to check and make sure everything is running smoothly since the day I brought my Jeep compass. I was so happy with he's professionalism that I went right back to him to get my second vehicle, 2011 Dodge charger! I even sent one of my friends right to Richard, and she was very happy with him too. I will send all my friends and family looking for a vehicle to Richard for as long as he is around! I can not express how much he has made this car shopping experience one of the best ever! Everyone in this deanship is always very nice. I am glad we walked in, when we did! More

Great experience selling my car I found myself in a position with a car that I didn’t need, and that I was underwater on. Jim and his team treated me very fairly and gave me the bes I found myself in a position with a car that I didn’t need, and that I was underwater on. Jim and his team treated me very fairly and gave me the best price they could come up with, making it as painless as possible. They did this even though I was not ready to buy a car right now from them, which says a lot. I will absolutely be making them my first stop for my next car purchase! More

I brought my wife with me to see Rich. Told him exactly what I wanted, what I didn't want, he searched inventory for it. Upon not locating a match, we went ahead and placed an order for my new truck that day. I had my truck within the timeframe he gave, and has turned out far better than I could have hoped for. Thanks to the whole team at Scranton Dodge, but especially Rich. More
Horrible experience I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep wrangler with a soft top. By the third day of owning the Jeep, the top was leaking and water was getting inside of th I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep wrangler with a soft top. By the third day of owning the Jeep, the top was leaking and water was getting inside of the vehicle. I immediately called the dealership. With 6 days of phone calls and voicemails being left, nobody would return my calls. I finally spoke to somebody regarding the issue only because I demanded to speak to somebody. Nothing is being done to address this issue still 9 days later. A message was left for the owner Dave Pompey, and he never responded either. As an owner of a dealership not to address this, just goes to show he doesn't care about his customers. This was terrible service and never once did they ever try to make me, as a customer, happy. I am beside myself over this. I will never deal with this dealership again or recommend it to anyone. More
