Excessive time required Car was brought in for standard oil change/tire rotation. The appointment had a scheduled time but was brought in early. Starting the clock at the scheduled appointment time, it took 1.5 hours before I finally went in to get the paper work and my keys. The car had actually been finished 20 minutes earlier as that is when I saw it sitting outside waiting for me. The last time I had the same service performed, it also took over an hour. This is completely too long to change the oil, rotate tires and perform a walk around. More

zero repair care I took my car to be repaired but nothing was done after a five day stay there. I called & called but only received one call back in the entire time. I spoke more to her answering machine with no update. I sent e-mails and received only one or two replies that I recalled. Finally I had enough and I went and got my car. I understand that they are busy but that is not the way to treat your customer. The funny thing is someone referred me there and I was excited that I could take my car to that location to get it fix. You could say the joke was on me. More

Unsatisfied After many years of trusting Don Mallon service, we have had nothing but difficulty. When the service manager was notified he offered to take a sliver of the cost despite given the information about incorrect repairs. We will now go elsewhere.
