I had the 27,000 mile check up done I asked how long it would take I was told an hour and a half it took 2 1/2 hours when I turned on the air conditioner my fan was making a horrendous noise when the cab f would take I was told an hour and a half it took 2 1/2 hours when I turned on the air conditioner my fan was making a horrendous noise when the cab filter was changed a acorn cap fell into the Fan Causing the Fan to be out of balance It took. me over an hour to fix it You tell me how the Service was More

Not up to par with other dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. They forgot to reassemble some of the parts under warranty and I had to go back and have them do it right. I had to call after a day and half to fine about the progress on my 2017 Silverado pick up which went in for an oil change and diagnostics for a check engine light. Very poor communication. People seemed nice. Took two days to call me to say what they were doing then another two days to actually do the work. The cost was $1200 in mostly labor costs and all they changed was wires.
