Took way too long. While waiting, we looked into buying a new car after test driving and loving the car was told advertised price was a “misprint” they refused to honor the advertised price or work with the new car after test driving and loving the car was told advertised price was a “misprint” they refused to honor the advertised price or work with the price at all for that matter And no manager ever showed his face. I went for an oil change the other day and requested a tire rotation and a video inspection and I did not receive either. Most places vacuum your car for you but that was not done either which isn’t a hug tire rotation and a video inspection and I did not receive either. Most places vacuum your car for you but that was not done either which isn’t a huge deal but just seems like poor service. Also, I left for over an hour and came back to my car sitting outside. No one contacted me to let me know my car was all set. I bought my car there a few months ago so you’d think you’d get good service for all the money you have spent there. More
