Again, another dissatisfying service. My truck was there for repair of my tailgate That got damaged during a previous service. I waited two weeks and called in to see if it was ready. The young lady I spoke to stated it was getting buffed out and would be ready if she picked it up. She was requested to call when it came in. There was no call. When I did call, I spoke to a sales manager who stated, and I quote "our service department sucks right now". I showed up the next morning just the same. I was asked if I was called in which I informed them I was not. When the tailgate was installed, it had the wrong insignia on it. LT. My truck is RST. Again, a lack of attention to detail and communication between the service department. The insignia now has to be ordered. This will be my last service once this issue is fixed. The sales department is grate (Camilla), but I can't deal with the service department anymore. I never know who is going to be working as I never seem to deal with the same person twice. Even with information entered into the computer system. No one ever know what is going on with my vehicle or what needs to be done. Unfortunately, I am probably going to switch to Ford and I've been in a Chevy since 1989. It's sad. More

Friendly and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. I liked the video about my brake pads and tires. I do wish they had checked my cabin air filter. When I looked I needed a new one. Had pads/rotors replaced on the 24th. Excessive brake noise, did not feel believed when I described the issue. Came back on the 30th, took three hours to determine pads were defective. Was told pads/rotors would be replaced, but no pads available - give it a week. It has now been two weeks, no follow up calls. New rotors now no longer new. All the rest was fine, polite staff, prompt appointment, etc. More
Cost in my option was ver high for an oil and filter change only at $70.14. Also took an hour and 20 minutes for what should be a simple process.
