BSAUMS responded

COVID was the least of it. I first reported the transmission problems over two years ago. You didn’t believe me. When you finally decided there was a problem, I had to call every two weeks to see if the part was in, be told it was in, but to wait for a callback to confirm. No one ever called back. Poor service from the start.
