My oil change resulted with the technician only putting in 6 quarts instead of 8. Totally unacceptable. Also, lack of communication between the team members and the technician results in the technician t in 6 quarts instead of 8. Totally unacceptable. Also, lack of communication between the team members and the technician results in the technician taking my truck for a 15 mile ride when I could have explained to him what was going on and we never would have left the parking lot. Sometimes it makes sense to have the customer speak directly with the technician. More

I made an appointment to have work done while i was at work so it would be done by the time i got out. I arrive after work. After much confusion they finally find my key and its determined the work has no work so it would be done by the time i got out. I arrive after work. I m then told they will begin repair now and will be done in half hour. 45 minutes later its done. I m not happy about this whole situtation . More
