I bought a gmc Denali 2021 the truck has been in the shop twice and for over a month still haven’t got it back had every excuse in the book and was denied a loaner 70k for a truck and denied after couple mon twice and for over a month still haven’t got it back had every excuse in the book and was denied a loaner 70k for a truck and denied after couple months it’s been problematic the tano cover leaks told me they all do lol that was one big factor on buying the truck also two weeks of me calling then a response oh I didn’t know your truck was here.Anyway they’ll tell you anything to sell you a vehicle but your nothing when the paper signed also they took the engine parts and put it on my brand new truck seats and on my jacket pics I def have the service manager said he would talked to the guy lol what anyway be smart you think I’m the only one treated like this def not but I’m not a complainer but any means but dam I own a buisness I would never treat and lie to my clients for what reason just fix the situation move on but you my review is negitive 10 More

I came in for an oil change and with a brake noise complaint. truck sat done for 90mins while I waited in the showroom. Complimentary inspection said brakes were ’good’.
