The past two times I have gotten service here I have left with more problems then when I arrived. First issue was my tires being rotated but the tire sensors not registered in the new locations. This led to with more problems then when I arrived. First issue was my tires being rotated but the tire sensors not registered in the new locations. This led to a very confusing situation of low pressure that led to a flat tire on the highway. I told the dealership about this and they said they would put note of it in my file, then on the next oil change there was nothing noted. The latest situation was going in for an oil change, was told everything is fine, yet 24 hours later my water pump completely shattered while out of state. My truck is now located at a dealership in Massachusetts waiting on repair. I am not blaming the water pump issue on this dealership, but more frustrated that I was there getting an oil change and checkup 24 hours before the incident. They noted that my antifreeze was low, but clearly did not investigate further. This dealership knows about the situation and has not offered to help me in any way. I was left stranded a state away from home. They told me they would contact me on on Monday (issue happened Saturday) and there was no follow through. Overall I am left not trusting the work that is performed here. There is no follow through on things that are said or promised. At the end of the day, the last two visits to the service center resulted in me having more issues then when I entered the service center. More
