Lots of confusion about the work to be completed. Walked it at my scheduled 9am and was told it should be ready by 4pm. Never was told it was an entire day event for an oil change and diff fluid chan Walked it at my scheduled 9am and was told it should be ready by 4pm. Never was told it was an entire day event for an oil change and diff fluid change. If I had knew ahead of time I would have made ride arrangements. They did off some sort of Uber discount. But I declined and had no choice but to wait but I did need my truck back by 2pm to go to work. I was told that should be possible. Time to buckle in for a 5 hour wait…..They completed the work by 1045am which is great! Glad I decided not to Uber home and back. That would have sucked to pay to leave and pay to comeback for 1 hr 45 min worth of work. Why I was told 7 hour then 5 hour wait for and actual 1hr 45min wait I still can’t figure it out. I hope the nice people at the service desk in the future can give a better time line and expectation of work to be completed. They did apologize for the wait and thank me for being patient. But who knows maybe it was just one of those rough morning we all run into some times. More
Stopped by for an Oil Change. After I paid my bill I get in the car to drive away and I have a check engine light. The service technician evidently saw it light when he took the vehicle and checked the code. The code could have very easily been related to low or dirty oil. Worst case we could have discussed replacing the VVT solenoids. I will have them replaced but not at Scranton. They have had good technicians there but the communications once you drop off your vehicle are hideous. Tammy used to be pretty good about keeping you updated and we couldn't have that so she was probably promoted out of the customer inface loop. More

I tried to be loyal to this dealership and put things in the best light blaming my issues on the truck. I just found out that isn't the case. I was told my issues with a break sensor was the issue and thati the best light blaming my issues on the truck. I just found out that isn't the case. I was told my issues with a break sensor was the issue and thatit was fixed. I also found out that the break sensor was part of a recall (since expired?) Which would have paid to fix to fix the breaks too when I went elsewhere to get the breaks done. Then I found out that they have no record of fixing the sensor) software causing the issue. Instead they said I declined coverage which is infact not true. I declined paying for a 900 dollars break job from them. More
