Lauren was nice and professional upon our first meeting. She got us in quickly and got a vehicle for us to use. Our vehicle was there for about a week with very little communication. When I called, she was She got us in quickly and got a vehicle for us to use. Our vehicle was there for about a week with very little communication. When I called, she was always busy and only returned my call once. We were basically told nothing was wrong with the vehicle and just needed some fluid. We paid over $500 for fluids and the loaner. We then took it somewhere else after problems continued and was told it would need a new transfer case and transmission, at minimum. I felt like after me trying to get in touch with Lauren, they didn't bother taking proper time to diagnose my vehicle and instead told me nothing was wrong to stop dealing with me. Very disappointed!! More
