Incompetente beyond belief On January 8th, 2019, I went to the dealership to pick up a vehicle. The price was negotiated through emails, as I live 70 miles away. The dealer de On January 8th, 2019, I went to the dealership to pick up a vehicle. The price was negotiated through emails, as I live 70 miles away. The dealer demanded 700 dollars more than the negotiated price. After a heated argument, I walked out. To be fair to the dealer, my deposit was refunded. Also, the dealer was willing to drive to my home, and complete the deal at my house. However, the dealer put new marker plates on my car, and said the ones on my trade in were invalid. He said I would need to return the plates to the motor vehicle department, and deal with the town to ensure I wouldn't be taxed for the trade in. THE DEALER CANCELLED MY PLATES ON JAN. 8TH WITHOUT MY CONCENT OR SIGNATURE. I need to clean up their mess. More

Recent experience w/ SM service Initial contact making appt. was good. Upon arrival, greeted by friendly staff. Horrible experience with getting oil changed Went in to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. When it was ready I noticed a little oil on my steering wheel. I hadn’t noticed until I got home Went in to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. When it was ready I noticed a little oil on my steering wheel. I hadn’t noticed until I got home I had oil all over my door panel both inside and out. On hood outside both sides. I then noticed both my upper ball joints were not even greased. Dirt all over bot Zirk fittings I then called back to dealership and spoke with service advisor. She had me bring it back in immediately. I did then met with service manager. They sent truck to get detailed. Had to come back a few hours later to pickup truck after having them give me a loaner. Overall was a bad experience which wasted a good amount of my day. At this point I’m not trusting that the technician is really doing the job that needs to be done. Both service advisor and service manager were great to deal with and seemed to handle situation professionally. More
