Great! Back in November 2018, we had work down on my wife’s vehicle at Scranton. Picking it up, I saw a vehicle and inquired about it. I met Tudor for the first time then, he was very informative in describing the vehicle. I was not in the market then and mentioned I will be looking in the near future. Tudor kept in touch informing of specials. I contacted Tudor at the end of January. He took his time and was very understanding to my financial requirements. Though initially a deal was not made then, Tudor kept me informed. A few weeks later I met with Tudor again. Tudor, Dave, and James were phenomenal. To meet my financial goals, the three took the time to discuss the many options and we found one that met the goals. When The staff states, they are not happy unless your driving a vehicle that has Scranton on the back, this is true. They all will work to achieve your goals as best as they can. Helped with headlights I was down from out of state when I lost a headlight, they took me in and fixed it quickly along with another light I did not know was out. Subpar I came in after I got a check engine light come on and Onstar told me to bring it in, and when i brought it up to them they told me sense it wasn’t on I came in after I got a check engine light come on and Onstar told me to bring it in, and when i brought it up to them they told me sense it wasn’t on right now their was nothing they could do about it. And I asked for an oil change which I thought included a full maintenance and I didn’t get that either. And I’m use to getting a video with my service and I didn’t get that either. More
