I live 2 1/2 hours away from this dealership I was in Norwich for a couple of days and saw an ad that interested me. I stopped in on a Saturday at 5:30 to look at a truck and was surprised that they were still open. I spoke with Kamila for awhile and I agreed to come back on Monday. By then, I had returned to Cape Cod, but still made that trip. We arrived at a good deal for both parties and closed the sale with delivery a few days later. I made two five hour plus round trips to this dealership, and I’ll do it again the next time I need a vehicle. Great staff. More

Service to fix a recall and oil change I made an appointment because I got a letter for a recall on my husband’s Trax. I went in for the appointment and I was told they were only going to i I made an appointment because I got a letter for a recall on my husband’s Trax. I went in for the appointment and I was told they were only going to inspect the recall to see if it need to replace a part. On the phone when I made the appointment I was told that they would inspect the car and if they needed to replace it it would be done. That did not happen they did not have the part to replace it. They had to order it. I asked when it would be in. I was told they had no idea. That did not make me happy. More
