Only snag was the finance manager who increased my payment price partly to an error I had made (my bad) but also partly due to interest rates and didn’t feel the need to let me know this ahead of time because “it’s just a few dollars and I didn’t think it’d be a big deal”... if it’s my money then it’s up to me whether it is a big deal or not, not you. I’m on a budget and a simple courtesy call would have been nice just to let me know before I actually turn up to pick up the car! When I said I was annoyed about it he asked me if I was “for real“... Uhh... yeah? He did apologise but jeez... Other than the finance manager though, good buying experience with Tudor and his manager David. More

Another excellent visit to Scranton service to get my truck taken care of. In for an oil change tire rotation battery change as well as a recall that was issued by Chevy. As always, I checked in quickly and courteously, clarified what was needed to be done for the day and told me the time when it would be ready. No trouble getting work done, even appreciated the little video sent to show me the status of my vehicle. Prices are excellent staff is professional, wouldn't have anyone else work on my truck. Wish I could give kudos to the tech as well, but I don't know who it was. Truck was returned clean no surprises. More
