Worth A Trip I live on Long Island, NY and I was looking for a Silverado 1500 for a few months. I contacted 8 different Chevrolet dealerships in the tri-state area I live on Long Island, NY and I was looking for a Silverado 1500 for a few months. I contacted 8 different Chevrolet dealerships in the tri-state area with no luck. Most of the dealers I spoke with took days to weeks to respond to my questions. I was unable to come to a deal for a Silverado with any of them until I contacted Scranton Chevrolet of Norwich in Connecticut. In less than 1 hour of sending Scranton Chevrolet a online request to speak with someone I was contacted by Sales Manager David Tignonsini. He was able to answer all my questions and set me up with Sales Consultant Kamila Pelliccia who was very knowledgeable and friendly. I also had the pleasure of meeting Finance Manager James Mitchell who worked with me to get me the best deal possible on financing the truck. Kamila, David, and James were able to work out a great deal for me and I was able to pick up the truck with 3 days of my initial phone conversation. Upon picking the Silverado I noticed a few imperfections on the vehicle that were immediately rectified and I was able to drive the truck home that day. I will say that everyone I dealt with at Scranton Chevrolet made me feel like I was family. It was a pleasure to deal with people who actually were concerned with making the customer happy and treating them with respect and professionalism. I live almost 3 hours away and over 150 miles from Scranton Chevrolet. There are many Chevy dealers I could have done business with; it was totally worth the drive to Norwich, Connecticut to purchase my Silverado from Scranton Chevrolet! George O. More

Great service as usual. My squeak is finally gone. Tammy, my service rep is the best!!!! Used the drop off for the first time. Form was easy to read through loved the option to request a call or not. I bought a new/used Chevy Trax on May 5. Next day I called in to report an issue with my car...actually three. #1 The steering wheel shakes when going over 55. #2 The tire pressure light was on. #3 and called in to report an issue with my car...actually three. #1 The steering wheel shakes when going over 55. #2 The tire pressure light was on. #3 and the worst of all a night whistling/squealing sound while driving. Made an appointment for the following Tuesday and went in. About an hour later I was told it was all set. Great! Later that day I finally turned off the AC in my car and rolled down the windows. Thought I heard the whistle, so I turned down the radio. Sure enough! It was still there. Called and made another appointment for the following Tuesday. Mind you I work for the elderly and taking time off is VERY difficult to do. Not only are they without me, I’m losing money I can’t make up. I work 12 hour days with 7 clients, back to bank. No time to even stop for lunch! I arrived on Tuesday, and within 2 hours I was told it was all set. First time “it was a pebble”, this time it was a rubber flap. I leave and that afternoon, again, I turned down the radio with the AC off and ITs STILL THERE! I am SO VERY disappointed! I called and spoke with a Josh, even sent him videos of the noise, and he said he’d have it fixed even if it meant putting me in a different car. It is now a week and 4 days later and I still haven’t heard back from him. I HATE my car! People can hear the noise!! People stop and stare!!! I am so very disappointed in the service. So sorry I bought my car there. My car payment is due the 20th of June and I will not make any payments til it is fixed. I am a very busy woman. I do not have time to keep calling the dealership to chase after people. I cannot make phone calls anytime I want. I am at work for 12 hours a day. I texted Mike Caswell who is employed there as a mechanic. He is my friend and the only reason I bought a car there. He said to call there the next day to speak to him but in my line of work I can’t just pick up the phone and call. I want my car fixed ASAP AND because I cannot miss more work, I expect to have a car to borrow while they get to the bottom of the noise and fix it for good. The car only had 31K miles on it. It’s not like it was an old beat up car. It’s too bad because I was really excited about this car and now I dread driving in it. I HATE the noise!!! It drives me crazy! More
